Palmer park neighborhood, is a historical district zone with historical buildings in Detroit. The main intervention here is a complete interior renovation of each apartment, the main goal was to provide community within the residents, understanding their needs to create amenities and spaces along the buildings.


Commercial shell building changed to residential use, improving the area of each building location. New studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartment layout design.
